This exciting position in AVL Corporate IT offers the opportunity to strengthen the Jira/Confluence team and to be involved as a central contact person in the administration and further development of the new AVL-wide ITSM system "Service4YOU". In your role, you will provide comprehensive advice to AVL colleagues internally and external partners on the use and implementation of requirements in Jira Service Management, Jira Software and Confluence. You will contribute your expertise to the continuous optimization of "Service4YOU" and actively shape the further development of Confluence, Jira and their interfaces to other applications (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for the administration and further development of Jira Service Management ("Service4YOU") and assets in the cloud
• Close cooperation with key users (f/m/d) for the administration and further development of Confluence and Jira (user-defined fields, workflows and plug-ins) both on premise and in the cloud
• Support in the migration of existing on-premise instances to the cloud, which, for example, support colleagues in our Strategic Business Units in project management as well as product development
• Gathering and evaluating technical requirements together with AVL users/external partners (f/m/d)
• Development of technical implementation concepts using relevant tools
• Monitoring, maintenance and further development of interfaces to other applications such as Salesforce and Power BI
• Quality assurance including monitoring and reporting

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical education (Secondary Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, University) with a focus on computer science, telematics or a related field
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the administration and further development of Jira, Confluence and ITSM
• Experience in scripting and data processing (Jira Automation, REST, JavaScript, XML, SQL and ScriptRunner)
• Knowledge of data exchange between IT systems is an advantage
• Analytical and cross-system thinking and the ability to recognize and describe technical relationships
• Open, solution-oriented communication
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50,400.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
