IT Support Engineer f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Second-level support for server and database systems
- Problem analysis via remote access and on simulation environments
- Active interface between first-level support and development
- Deployment and installation of software solutions
- Responsibility for analyzing, reproducing, solving and documenting customer requests
- Responsibility for solving problems on time and according to requirements
- Independent customer visits
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed IT-oriented education (TU, FH, HTL) or comparable professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT support or software development
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to work in a team
- Independent, structured and autonomous working style
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Willingness to travel

The employment is provided by a personnel service provider. Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €53.200,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
