Development Engineer Firmware f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Embedded software development based on Microcontrollers with FreeRTOS in C++ (Python knowledge is a plus)
- Implementation of real-time fieldbus interfaces (EtherCAT, CAN/CAN Open)
- Development of improved front end modules (FEM) and integration into existing system
- Execution of code reviews, module and system tests, documentation
- 3rd level support for FEM systems in the market
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education (TU, FH, HTL) in the field of telematics, computer science or electronics
- At least 2 years of development experience with embedded Linux (ARM)
- Sound programming skills in C/C++ and Python for embedded software
- Practiced handling of software toolchains (e.g. Yocto, Git, Jira, Docker, Catch2)
- Openness for agile development methods
- Good German and English language skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €55.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
