Customer Support Engineer f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Systematic processing of customer inquiries in the MI Helpline
- Support of customers with maintenance contracts (CARE)
- Carrying out commissioning or service assignments at the customer's site
- Support of the product management and the sales department
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education (HTL, FH, TU) in the field of automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable
- Professional experience with indexing measurement technology is an advantage
- Good knowledge in physics, electrical engineering, measurement technology, control engineering
- Independent and accurate way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €41.440,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
