Simulation Engineer e-Drive f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Electric drive analysis: electromagnetic, thermal, strength and electric circuit simulation, assessment of NVH stator forces and control
- e-Drive concept definition and optimization
- Holistic evaluation of electric machine, inverter and control as a combined sub-system
- Support in Model-based development and test: virtualization, test result verification and simulation validation
- Preparation of simulation status reports and customer reports during project work
- Coordination with the project manager and project team during project work
- Presentation of the project results to the customer
- Support in development of analysis processes and methods
- Definition, execution and supervision of R&D projects
YOUR PROFILE:
- University level degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or applied sciences
- Special education and interest in electric drives
- Experience in numerical (FEM) and circuit simulations applied in product development
- Confidence in applying FEM and circuit tools, e.g. JMAG, Abaqus, Motor-CAD, PSIM
- Experience in interpretation and evaluation of simulation and measurement results
- Basic programming skills, e.g. Matlab, Python
- Outstanding teamwork skills and a high degree of commitment
- Excellent skills in written and spoken English
- Proven problem-solving skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50.400,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
