IT Consultant - Support & Operations f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaboration on the development of creative solution concepts in the SharePoint and ECM area
- Active participation in the design and further development of existing solutions
- Analysis of customer requirements and consulting
- Support of the implemented solutions and customer care
- Ensuring software quality and usability (including testing and documentation)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed education and/or experience in the field of IT
- Technical understanding of IT processes and solutions
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 an advantage
- High level of customer and service orientation
- Analytical mindset and a structured, independent approach to work
- Communicative team player
- Good English and German language skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €46,410.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
