Head of Software and Controls f/m/d
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Disciplinary and technical management of the Software and Functions Development department, management of all software and function development teams at the headquarter in Graz
- Responsibility for the technical content, provision of required capacities and ensuring that requests and offers are processed on time and within budget
- Responsibility for planning resources, budgets, deadlines and quality targets, taking into account market requirements
- Expansion of the strategic service portfolio of the main department
- Ensure and manage strong growth of the division incl. assigned best value sites.
- Further strengthening of process competencies and compliance, especially A-Spice
- Strategic alignment / development within the organization to be managed as well as further development of employee competencies
- Support the product areas in achieving their strategic objectives
- Close coordination and support of the global business unit, especially in global resource balancing, method and process development and skills management
- Coordination with sales and support in acquisitions, publications and in representing the company externally
YOUR PROFILE:
- Engineer in mechatronics, electrical engineering, power engineering, aerospace or physicist, or similar.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in the field of software and function development
- At least ten years of professional experience in this field
- Experience in managing personnel and executing large and complex projects
- Familiar with market requirements and global industry trends
- Good communication, organizational and motivational skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in an international environment

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €120.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
