AVL is the world's largest independent company for development, simulation and testing technology of powertrains (hybrid, combustion engines, transmission, electric drive, batteries and software) for passenger cars, trucks and large engines.

The  Tech-center in Steyr offers engineering services for trucks, work machines and tractors. Innovative drives and vehicles are not only developed using the latest technical methods, they are also built and tested. 

YOUR  TASKS:

• Conducting of market analyses/market studies
• Elaboration of topics in the team (cabin comfort, assistance systems, ...)
• Creation of action plans and tracking of them
• Support of the Business Field Off-Road (agricultural technology)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Ongoing master studies - with reference to business and technology advantageous
• International experience advantageous
• Background in agriculture advantageous
• Ability to motivate a team
• Practical and flexible working style, ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Very good MS Office skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €33.576,06 on fulltime-basis. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
