YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process creation:

• Creation of process descriptions, process flow charts, analyses and evaluations.
• Coordination with affiliates and other processes (interfaces), e.g. sales support processes of the business units, order fulfilment process, R&D process, marketing, customer service, purchasing, order processing, ...

Process documentation and maintenance:

• Creation of training documents for processes
• Continuous process improvement
• Alignment with tools (e.g. Salesforce, Process for BIS, etc.), interface with internal IT

Sales Operations:

• Support with data analysis in Salesforce (Sales Analytics)
• Evaluation of Sales Process Quality KPIs

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial/technical education (HTL/FH/UNI) in industrial engineering, business administration, or similar.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with sales-related activities
• Interest and enthusiasm for process work
• Basic technical understanding
• Good knowledge of Salesforce
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
• Analytical and independent way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €40.600,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
