System Architect Engineer Chassis Controls f/m/d (Dept.: DHC)

 

 
Your responsibilities:

 

  • Technical supervision and leadership of software architecture development and software development methods for our current and future vehicle dynamics controls (brake, steering, torque vectoring, ESP, active chassis)
  • Drafting and designing specifications for the development of software components and communication on a national and international level, in close coordination with the development teams
  • Analysis, development and assessment of new concepts regarding the development method used for the application software on the basis of concrete prototypes
  • Development of functionality and software in Matlab/Simulink and similar tools
  • Verification of chassis systems in SiL/MiL/HiL environments

 

 

Your profile:

 

 

  • A University graduate (BA, MA, PhD) with a focus on electrical engineering, automotive engineering, computer sciences or telematics
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in software development 
  • Several years of experience in embedded software development and requirements analysis and the resulting development of solution concepts
  • Familiar with ISO26262, ASPICE, AUTOSAR and UML
  • Excellent knowledge of programming in C++ and MATLAB
  • Specialist automotive knowledge in the areas of chassis, brakes, ESP, steering is a plus
  • Confident in conducting negotiations in German and English
  • Excellent innovative and logical thinking and analytical skills

 

 

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €52,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
