YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and management of product development projects from concept to market launch 
• Analysis, implementation and professionalization of project management policies and standards 
• Lateral management of interdisciplinary project teams (hardware and software) as well as coaching of project teams
• Responsibility for the success, quality, deadlines and budget of the projects (ongoing project controlling and reporting) 
• Coordination with internal and external interfaces and stakeholders (e.g. product management)
• Participation in overarching strategic initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed training (HTL) or degree (TU, FH) in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or industrial engineering 
• Experience in project management of product development projects in the field of measuring device technology 
• Proficient project management skills
• Experience and knowledge of quality management an advantage
• Knowledge of Agile development methods is an advantage
• Experience in the use of agile development methods an advantage
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Business fluent spoken and written English
• Hands-on work mentality

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €58.000,00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
