In dieser Position lernen Sie die Vielfalt unseres Unternehmens kennen. Sie durchlaufen ein praxisbezogenes Traineeprogramm und werden auf eine international oder lokal orientierte Führungs- oder Expertentätigkeit in Technik, Projekt- oder Produktmanagement vorbereitet. Durch ein breites Ausbildungsprogramm, kombiniert mit konkreter Verantwortung für Projekte, sowie regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche unterstützen wir Sie aktiv beim Ausbau Ihrer persönlichen und fachlichen Kompetenzen.
Responsibilities:
Support in project organisation and coordination Moderation of individual project meetings and reviews Support of portfolio/project planning and reviewing Implementation of new project management technics especially in agile project management methods
Requirements:
Master of science or equivalent in engineering or physics At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in project management in the industry Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to take initiative and result-driven Hands-on mentality Know-how in agile project execution Knowledge of Scrum process beneficial
