What you can expect:

• Support in all organizational and administration matters of the Head of Division (e.g. preparation of data, presentations and statements, travel management, organization of events or workshops, updating databases or documents, Webdesk flexi time)
• Responsible for the OpRisk Assessment of Group Regulatory Affairs & Data Governance
• An active role of a communicator between Head of Division, Head of Departments and other divisions of RBI
• Information Hub within the division
• Support for reporting to BoM (Board Members) and alignment with Group Executive Office / Chairman’s Office
• Follow-Up Process: planning/coordination tasks, quality checks, preparation and distribution of Follow-Up reports
• Continuous control of the division budget (including ensuring compliance with group regulations)
• Assistance in division projects implementation

What you bring to the table:

• Completed commercial education (e.g. HAK) or university degree (e.g. business administration)
• Professional experience in banking environment is an advantage
• Extremely high level of trustworthiness and reliability
• High service orientation and good communication skills
• Organizational talent and structured way of working
• Good MS Office knowledge (powerpoint, excel, word, O365 tools)
• Fluent in German and English
