This is a perfect part-time opportunity (20h) for students, looking for their first steps into HR. So, if you are a digital native who enjoys researching the Internet, have a detective-like mindset, and love finding the needle in the haystack through your precise and structured way of working, then this is the role for you!
You will:
- Proactively identify potential talents by using a channel mix (social media, news, conferences, community groups etc.)
- Connect and chat with potential talents, pique their interest and build long lasting relationships
- Build candidate pipelines for a variety of different roles & arrange first interviews
Your profile:
- You are currently studying and are looking for a long-term job to gather hands-on experience (ideally related to informatics or economics/psychology)
- You are familiar with various social media channels (LinkedIn, Xing, Reddit, etc.) and have no problem approaching interesting candidates
- You have a curious mindset, and you tackle problems proactively and independently
- You can quickly dive into topics that are new to you
Nice to have:
- Ideally, you are interested in software development, machine learning and artificial intelligence and you are familiar with common terms in the programming world
- First hands-on experience with sourcing or (re)searching data online and gathering information
