What's the role?

In this position based in Lanzenkirchen near Vienna, you will be responsible to manage the Business Unit (BU) Installation Marketing support center which coordinates online visuals, labels and instructions for Use (IFU) for the whole installation product portfolio according to global Hilti AG standards. In your role, you will interact with Headquarters, Lanzenkirchen Division and Outposts (US, Russia and China) regular basis and act as a point of contact between BU Installation and cross functional departments.

What does the role involve?

In this role you are responsible for managing the traffic between Hilti AG headquarters and the ventilated Façade division effectively incl. developing new processes for the BU marketing support center in strong alignment with all relevant stakeholders. Further, you will take over the lead for cost reduction projects by addressing uncovered gaps together with the core project team. In addition, the role includes the coordination of graphical application rendering for product introductions, which comes along with the steering of internal and external graphic agencies. Supporting internal and external marketing activities and collaborating with cross functional departments are as well part of your everyday work.

What you need is:

  • Technical Bachelor's Degree / HTL Degree linked to an expert understanding of technical products
  • 2+ years professional working experience in Marketing incl. product management support experience
  • Proven work background in matrix organizations and in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of brand excellence and corporate identity / corporate design
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Powerpoint etc.) and SharePoint, Skilled knowledge of CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English are mandatory, German skills are recommended

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in metal trade, employment group III which states a minimum salary of € 2.138,66 per month – gross (in Austria it is legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary).
