Job description
Test development is a challenging activity in the field of the semiconductor industry. To create chip test solutions for volume
production, you need to build up knowledge of chip design, test and measurement technology, and programming skills for creating fully
automated test programs.
For our next projects, we are looking for a student in the team of our test development experts who is working on the development of test programs for automotive power and mixed-signal ICs and wants to build up a broad knowledge in the field of chip development and production.
In your new role, you will:
Support the execution of measurement runs on automated test equipment Develop and debug test hardware (interface boards) Perform measurements and analyze measurement data Create scripts to automate frequently performed tasks Optimize existing test program s Develop and analyze test program code Participate in the development of new, innovative test solutions Further Information Start: immediately
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (minimum 15 hours peer week)
Duration: min. 6 months
A bachelor or master thesis during this internship is quite possible. Your profile You successfully meet the requirements if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of
system test engineering, electrical engineering, telematics, computer sciences, microelectronics or similar.
You are best equipped for this task if you have the following knowledge:
Programming skills in e.g. Visual Basic, Python, C / C ++ Knowledge of laboratory measurement equipment and tools At least fundamental knowledge of electronic circuits and circuit design Interest in technical understanding of power semiconductors Fluent in English (German proficiency as a plus, but not required) This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry. Bachelor students receive a compensation of
1.914,45 Euro gross p.m. (Full-time basis for Bachelor students) and Master students receive a compensation of
2.242,19 Euro gross p.m. (Full time basis for Master students).
