You develop deep partnerships with hiring managers so they feel supported every step of the way. You leverage recruiting research best practices to run tight processes that help us elevate our talent and wow our candidates.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Source diverse talent for our teams
Leverage diverse sourcing strategies to find top talent.
Partner closely with hiring managers to source across multiple teams
Create personalized campaigns and outreaches to turn cold prospects into warm candidates
Partner with multiple hiring managers
You will be working with multiple hiring managers across various divisions. You will be responsible for finding talent for these varying skills at the same time.
Support our contractor conversion process
You will be supporting a monthly cadence of contractors converting to full time employees.
Provide great customer and candidate experiences
Everyone is our customer and you approach them that way with your warm and helpful demeanor.
WHO YOU ARE:
You excel at finding the diamond in the rough when it comes to surfacing top talent. You have been successful in a fast paced, high requisition volume environment and you know how to dig in and stay focused. You bring your creativity and passion to the table to identify and attract a diverse pool of talent.
You can source from multiple resources. You know how to build boolean strings and read between the lines on a LinkedIn profile
You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to shift gears. You have a high degree of flexibility, accountability, and responsibility. You have strong time management skills with the ability to switch gears quickly when priorities change.
You know when and how to communicate effectively. You know how to keep hiring managers informed of your progress without overwhelming them with details about everything you’re doing. You must have a willingness to share and receive feedback from all levels of the organization in order for us to improve.
You are obsessed with elevating the candidate experience. From interview to onboarding, you get the candidate experience is vital to our success and that their reviews of their interactions with you show up on places like Glassdoor. You treat each candidate as you would want to be treated and they tell you how clear and organized your interview process was.
You are the managing-up king or queen. You know how to “keep your manager in a corner” by providing her with timely updates on your work. It’s unlikely she’s ever coming to you with questions about where your work stands because you’re great at making sure she has visibility into your progress.
2+ years experience as a recruiter
LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must
Experience using an ATS, Paycom preferred
Nice to Haves:
Experience working with team members across multiple time zones is a nice to have
