YOUR ROLE
- Responsibility for tacticaland strategic regional brand management in our Beauty Care CEE team
- Development and implementation of product launches, relaunches and promotions, including tracking and post-evaluation
- Close cooperation with ourcolleagues in the CEE countries as well as in the headquarters
- Preparing and recommending marketing and communication strategies in close cooperation with market research, media planning, key account management and creative agencies
- Bring initiatives with an entrepreneurial spirit to improve our consumer understanding and differentiate from our competition
