Your Responsibilities: - Is personally accountable for specific customer service contracts (both technically and economically)
- Ensure fulfillment of Service contract commitments
- Act as an escalation partner for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensures internal and external Management Communication regarding customer relationship
- Has financial responsibility for budget allocation of Customer Service Contracts
- Monitor customer satisfaction and set improvement activities if needed
- Ensure a proper level of attention for customer objectives with AVL and align activities with Sales organization
- Align higher level customer objectives and ITS strategy with GAM, KAM, BDM
- Review on customer management level the effectiveness of the contract (mid to long term perspective; strategy alignment, roadmaps)
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) for Service business and quality
Your Profile: - HTL/FH/TU of either technical or combination of technical / economical subject
- Knowledge in managing and maintaining a customer relationship, best case in the area of software services contracts
- Excellent business behavior and English language skills
- Good competences in social interaction both internal and external
- Experienced in self organized working and managing issues across different organizational units
- Willingness to travel (ca. 30%)
Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: EUR44.800,-. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
